Execution

Music was a driver for this DoorDash project from day one. The agency and client wanted to break away from the expected on every level of this campaign, and music was a huge part of this. The idea to choose a very recognizable song, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”, allowed us the freedom to push the boundaries and create a unique and bouncy 90’s inspired hip hop cover featuring Haviah Mighty’s star vocal performance. Haviah’s riffing on the delivery of that key line “to Keep Me from Getting to You” gets the message to DoorDash customers that there is nothing that is going to stop them from getting the food that they love and crave in a unique and spontaneous way. The combination of this fun and punchy track with the bright and happy animation is a spot that we’ve been watching on repeat.
