Background
In the U.S., about half of the purchased electricity used in the company's 12 breweries and other operations comes from renewable energy, which it says is enough to brew more than 20 billion 12 oz. servings of beer each year. This allows the brewer to say that Budweiser, its second largest brand behind Bud Light, is brewed with "100 percent renewable electricity”.
Execution
We were tasked with creating a ‘single shot’ camera move, starting with a close up of the Dalmatian and culminating in an aerial perspective overlooking the landscape. This proved impossible to shoot in camera due to the physical restrictions of camera rigs and proximity to the animals. We therefore had to split the move into three shots and seamlessly stitch them together. To do this we employed transitional devices to hide the cuts and then used CG and compositing to hide these devices. For example, we used the flare from the sun to get from one crane shot to another and used a CG tree to hide the stitch when going from Russian Arm to drone. We also created a full environment rebuild - CG barley with wind simulation, CG trees and CG wind turbines. This meant in the final frame, only 10% of the image was shot for
