We created ad series comprised with images of “real garbage collected from the shore” to highlight the fact that the trash that is poorly managed in residential area could pollute the shore in the distance away.

We shot the actual trash collected from the shore of Ise coast. We try to express our work as “evidence photography” for the crime scene,to symbolically tell the story about how urban pollution affects their beloved bay.

This campaign helps to raise awareness among locals.It led to the increase of participants in beach and upfront river clean-up activities.Some schools in the community even adopted our poster to teach students in environmental related classes.
