Shot opens with Billy, our 9 year-old bully, sporting a magnifying glass to burn any bug that crosses his path. Coming across Zapper in the grass, Billy stops and attempts to burn him. Using his ability to send a huge electric shock, Zapper sends Billy flying onto his back. Dazed Billy looks up, smoke billowing from his hair and shoes, as Zapper lectures him about not being very original.
