BriefExplanation
We see a sequence of ordinary people doing ordinary things: a girl playing football, a man appreciates art, a boy makes therapy, two women bathing together. These and other examples are seen as a voice over says that those attitudes, however banal and routine, has homosexual bias. Finally, letterings conclude: If everyone is gay, the Mix Brazil festival is for everyone.
EntrySummary
Although the liberal image designed, Brazil is a very conservative country. The Catholic and Protestant religions dictate behaviors to the society, including sexual orientation. They condemn the homosexuality, classifying it as a disease. In this context, "Everyone is gay" campaign questioned the current values showing with humor - another feature of Brazilian society - the severity and the absurdity of our prejudice, even on the most banal and simple attitudes.
Execution
We use a emblematic classical music to help us to dramatize and mock the commercial: Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. In it, a choir sings the word "gay" exhaustive times in place of the original work letter.
