More visits mean more chances of sales. So Zap decided to increase visitations using an inspiring promo activation: art exhibitions. Thus was born House in Exhibition, an idea that turned homes for sale into art galleries for beginning artists. Besides bringing more visitors to the house, the idea made the house more beautiful and attractive. To achieve this, ZAP used its own site as a direct channel between the owners of the houses and the artists.

ZAP is the largest real estate web portal in Brazil, and it wanted to get closer to your consumers in a promotional and advantageous approach. ZAP knew that the more unusual way to do that was also do it offline.

46 participants houses enrolled in the project.
120 artists exhibited their work for the first time.
National and international repercussion.
The average number of visitors increased from 3 to 110 per weekend
Relevancy
On the one hand, there are almost half a million houses for sale in São Paulo, and most of them are empty. On the other hand, there are a lot of beginning artists who don’t have a place to exhibit their work. So ZAP has created “Houses in Exhibition”, an art circuit in which empty houses were turned into galleries for beginning artists. ZAP not only could attract more people to know the houses but also gave a chance for the artists. Furthermore, ZAP strengthened the relationship with their consumers, a relationship that used to be predominantly digital.
