To promote the launch of its first 2 SIM card smartphone, Galaxy Y Duos, in Portugal, Samsung made a video featuring projection mapping on a human face. This video uses exclusively the video mapping technique, previously seen before in spectacular projections on buildings and cars, to build several characters on an human face. The images were projected directly over an actor, as in a canvas. and, in order to do so, the actor had remain still for up to three straight hours.
