OVERVIEW

Background Text

The goal is to integrate Jood Kitchen as the catering service for many companies. Companies value in catering is the creation of communication spaces that inspire employees and improve their performance. However, when it comes to Jood Kitchen, we must overcome the prejudice against homeless people.

Describe the creative idea

We open Jood Kitchen as the GRITtiest CAFETERIA in the world. We focus on the concept of “grit”. Homeless people in Jood Kitchen are “People with GRID” because they overcome any difficult situation and live with great effort. We are offering more than just meals; we are launching a cafeteria that spreads the grit of Jood Kitchen's homeless people to employees, giving employees the courage to overcome any challenges.

Describe the PR strategy

We target companies looking to enhance CSR efforts and employee motivation. The Jood Kitchen initiative integrate nourishment with empowerment, leveraging the grit of homeless individuals to enhance employee motivation and engagement, while simultaneously advancing CSR goals and positively changing public perceptions.

Describe the PR execution

In October, open Jood Kitchen as the GRITtiest CAFETERIA in the world, and we are offering more than just meals; we are launching a cafeteria that spreads the grit of Jood Kitchen's homeless people to employees, giving employees the courage to overcome any challenges. There will be a radio hosted by homeless people, empowerment letter and a QR code for seeking help. In order to promote, We will collaborate with TED, the pioneer of the GRIT concept, to create a video featuring Jood Kitchen staff on stage. Additionally, at TED in Morocco, we will have them speak in person while providing catering from Jood Kitchen, thereby reaching our target audience. Also, One of the media outlets that business leaders often turn to is Forbes. We have collaborated with them to feature an interview article with the grittiest person, an employee working at Jood Kitchen.
