Description

The objective of the African American awareness phase of the 2010 Census campaign was to educate the African American community about the Census form arriving in March as well as the benefits of mailing it back.Believe showcases the benefits of the Census that can be garnered through participation in a hopeful and inspirational manner. In the spot the Census forms act as a metaphor for the benefits of participation as the community is shaped and brought to life. The form morphs into several benefits resulting from filling out and mailing the 2010 Census form back (i.e. computers, public transportation, hospital equipment, park benches, etc.) The result is an expressive depiction of the possibilities that can be achieved through completing your 2010 Census form and mailing it back when it arrives.
