5 Gum has unique flavours that stimulate the senses. We decided to stimulate our consumers’ senses in a new way.We created a video game with no video.
Smartphone 3d sound technology gives you the sensation of distance and direction: you can see with your ears.The game is ‘The Nightjar’. You need to find your way to safety in a dark spaceship overrun with aliens, by sound alone.Sound is the core of the experience, so all graphics are a combination of a black background and 5 parallel blue lines – from the game interface to the advertising.

Each one represents a different theme or moment in the game.
An unusual geometrical rendering of a black hole.gravity distorting light – as if near a strong gravitational field/ distorting as the spaceship speeds ups/ the plumes left by the spaceship’s jet fuel as it flies away and a dead star, turning into a black hole.
