Description
YouTube ads are a great way to reach our target audience. The problem is, that people usually skip it. Why? That’s because they are eager to watch the video they searched for. We created pre-roll videos, informing the user that we already know that he would probably skip our ad, but how this will help him when his car breaks down? We created 5 YouTube ads depending on the content the user was about to watch. In this video we see our protagonist deserted next to his car in the middle of nowhere. He is having problems with his car but instead of an expert showing up to help him, a cook describes a Greek recipe. In order to prove that in a moment of necessity, the video the user would’ve skipped the ad for won’t be of any use in comparison to Allianz Direct in the long run.
