OVERVIEW

Background

Allianz secures people’s lives and gives them courage for what lies ahead, no matter what. To help their customers start the new year with confidence, Allianz built a real ramp to get New Year's resolutions off the ground and skyrocket them to the universe in the hopes of a better future.

Idea

To help the world fly into 2022 with confidence, we created The Ramp, a launchpad for sending the world’s resolutions out into the universe. Live streaming from a remote location in the Swiss Alps, Allianz fans could share their resolutions with the world by projecting them into the night sky.

Strategy

Strategy aimed to the wider potential audience of followers and lookalike audience across social media platforms. At the same time, the Allianz partnerships were put in motion to support through personalized messages across their own channels to amplify the campaign message.

Execution

Through close collaboration with Meta, we crafted an advanced chatbot that curated resolutions from the Allianz social media accounts and DMs. These were automatically sent to The Ramp in the Swiss Alps and scheduled for liftoff. Users also received a message informing them when they could see their resolutions fly.

Outcome

187 total posts shared by users

6,933 likes and reactions

Link clicks (paid campaign): 174.859

Partner collabs: 40+ mentions from 15 influencers (athletes and partners) with over 33.5M followers in total.

Resolutions: 1.523

After the campaign the Facebook page impressions jumped from 7.8M to 21.9M, and on December 31, profile impressions on Instagram jumped from 5M to 11.9M due to the launch of the paid campaign on social media.
