Description
Our aim was was to create a world-class packaging that would make a statement and play well with the contemporary feeling - that are both in the artworks, as well as in the business idea of Absolut Art.
We wanted to create a positive "unboxing-experience" so the consumers would share it with others.
Execution
We created a packaging that would make a statement and played well with the contemporary feeling - that are both in the artworks, as well as in the business idea of Absolut Art.
The structural work was in close cooperation with a local Swedish printing house.
The boxes were hand-crafted and wrapped in an exclusive paper - specially commissioned from a paper mill. The boxes were then screen printed with fluorescent colors that were special-mixed on site.
Inside the boxes we created and enclosed cards with information about the artist and the launch, as well as a unique signed art certificate.
Outcome
The boxes and the concept has received very positive attention and was also after our development, used as the core idea of the communication for the entire launch of this new business area. The boxes has been shared broadly in social media channels.
