Description
We use Instagram to present our personnel in informal situations, making a visually powerful appeal to people to join us: #addyourcharacter
Execution
For our digital illustrations we developed a recognizable style based on a limited color palette and simple forms. This allowed us to react quickly on topics of current interests every day.
Outcome
Some 200 illustrations later, we had more than 20,000 followers and an average of 600 likes per day, doubling the number of applicants. Instagram has now become our most powerful recruitment channel.
And the effects can be felt internally as well. Colleagues share the images with their friends, and use them as profile pictures on Facebook. In fact, the social media campaign has resulted in colleagues identifying themselves more closely than ever with the agency.
