Execution

On a chroma key, we shot a real stray dog doing all the interactions, then digitized and inserted it on an article of a digital magazine. After the article, the dog became alive and followed the readers by appearing on the pages of different articles. The readers could interact with the dog using five movements: Tap on the left paw, tap on the right paw, rub her belly, tap + hold on her face to make her lick the reader’s finger, tap + hold + move the dog around. Also, if the reader did nothing for a while, the dog would bark asking for attention. It would keep following until the Adote um Vira-lata ad, where the readers could access the website or the fanpage.

Outcome

12 dogs got adopted and we had a 36% increase on the number of the fanpage followers. Besides that, we got a lot of people to pay attention on stray dogs and testify that they are also beautiful, intelligent and fun dogs to have.
