Description

As you know, finding the best creative talent in the digital world is hard work. So we set up dareschool.com and employed Marjorie to do it for us.Dare School was a truly live site where grads could apply to work at Dare. Where most video sites give the impression of live action, Marjorie really lived and worked at Dare School from 9 till 5.30, live on the web, for 4 weeks.

It was an instant phenomenon: Marjorie's phone rang continuously, the website received over 200,000 hits, we have had some great applicants and hired 5 young creatives. So we have living proof that this creative idea actually worked!
