Description

AEG was once the pre-eminent power tool brand in Australia, used only by serious tradesmen, but over the years the market has grown and AEG has fallen out of favour. Especially with younger generations. Our job was to restore the brand’s credentials, connect with a younger audience and communicate what high quality equipment allows you to achieve. To do this we tracked down Australia’s finest professionals – trailblazing athletes and craftsmen our target audience reveres – and we documented their stories, demonstrating how AEG tools helped them stay at the top of their field.The first film is about Simon Anderson, the man who created the 3-fin Thruster, the greatest innovation in surfing since the surfboard itself.
