An instant flight concierge through a Twitter Chatbot.

A Chatbot built during one year between Twitter teams on Spain, UK and San Francisco with the IT team of Air Europa in Mallorca Island. A UX and user journey ready to answer to a single question What´s happening with my flight. Connected to the Airlines API so the user has the same information concerning his flight even earlier than the Airport.

This was presented in Fitur, the biggest Tourism fair of Europe.
