To bring this benefit to life, we created a highly personalised self-mailer showing the kinds of rewards members could currently redeem versus the more impressive rewards they could redeem if they had double the points.
Using the latest digital printing technology, we were not only able to personalise the piece with a customer’s name and points total, we were also able to show, in full-colour imagery, the type of rewards a customer could afford ‘before’ and ‘after’ taking up the Altitude American Express Card. The result was a high impact and relevant piece of communication.
Outcome
This pack achieved an outstanding 6.64% response rate - double the response of our champion pack.
