Description
To communicate their new management system to its employees, ANA, Portuguese Airports, asked for a communication that involves them in the company values and their specific mission.
Execution
Under the concept "We all have a mission" we launched a series of communications that aimed at ensuring all workers felt like an essential part in the company. As a central image of this communication, we created a photographic mosaic with the faces of all the employees of ANA. The program was divided in three phases: • Teaser - which only reported the concept• Revelation - in which ANA’s overall mission was reported• Outcome - with the delivery of each employe’s mission individually.
Outcome
Actual results will only be available when the management system is fully implemented. However, the general response of the employees was very positive especially when trying to identify his face in the photo mosaic.
