We mounted two large pieces of fabricated bread (like the two sides of a foot-long / burger) on a live cow and took the animal across several areas with a high concentration of eateries. The bread had the message “Animals Aren’t Food” written on it .
Outcome
The Peta website registered an increase of over 3,500 hits everyday that the activity was on. Several people throughout the duration of the activity left messages on their internet bulletin board pledging their support. Peta plans to take the activity to several other cities immediately.
