Execution

The creative solution was unique; we held an exhibition for the audience to see visually the huge force of a head on collision at 125kph. The planning commenced the five-month project; we sourced a car, set a pyrotechnic company the objective to blow up the car with force of 10 grenades, rented a warehouse, began construction, hanging all the parts strand by strand, glass shatter by glass shatter. To seek endorsement and leverage council networks, we sent a direct marketing/eDM piece to key council, key road safety & community stakeholders. As a result we gained notable PR to drive awareness.

Outcome

Public exhibition drew over 1,000 people deemed a huge success by client. Rodney District Council CEO endorsed the event on air, councilors/government officials attended, public feedback was extremely positive.
