Execution

The creative solution was unique; we held an exhibition for the audience to see visually the huge force of a head on collision at 125kph. To seek endorsement and to leverage council networks, we sent a direct marketing piece to key stakeholders; ranging from the mayor, deputy mayor, the Rodney District Council CEO, senior councillors, members of the New Zealand Police and ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation), and members of the Rodney District Council executive team. The desired outcome was their endorsement, getting them to raise awareness through their networks and attending the exhibition themselves.
