When casting the actor it was important that he will be conform with Audi’s brand image as well as fitting the role of an authentic detective.

For the dog, a French bulldog was chosen because that particular breed is known to have a strong character. The primary focus was to play around with its strong character as to put the self-confident driver in his place. The British-distinguished style supports the dog’s good manners in contrast to the donut-eating private detective.
