Description

Launched on the UK app store on the 14th of April 2012, the B-Class iPad app brochure received a great response from the clients at Mercedes-Benz UK. Retailer response was hugely positive too, with praise focussing on its design and interactivity but more importantly on its ability to be used as a vital sales tool. So much so, that it was subsequently rolled out in every Mercedes-Benz car showroom across the UK. Due to its continued success an iPhone version was also later commissioned and is currently in the final stages of completion.

It's still early days but results wise, so far the app is outperforming our initial targets. The average dwell time (time spent in the app) is currently 111% higher than its accompanying B-Class section on the national website, with users spending over twenty minutes within the app itself. On top of that 8% of all users are sharing, posting directly from the app to social sites.People seem to like it, as at the time of entry, the B-Class iPad brochure app is currently featured in third position of the 'What's Hot' section of the iTunes store for the catalogue section and we have a strong belief that it will over take its older sibling, the C-Class Coupé iPad app, which currently sits in first position and has been for several weeks.
