Description
The Band-Aid Pre-Wound is a line of home safety protectors inspired on J&J traditional adhesive bandage. Composed of 3 products - Plug Guards, Corner Guards and Drawer or Cabinet Locks - the line was developed as a promotional item to reach directly loyal Band-Aid costumers with young children at home.
Execution
The Pre-Wound line wasn’t a regular promotional item. It made parents look at Band-Aid as an even bigger ally. If before it was a reference in wounds protection, after that it became a reference in care in general.
Outcome
The Pre-Wound line brought a fresh look to Band-Aid and innovation is always good for a brand that is on the business since 1920. But it meant more than just a product creation. It was the proof of Jonhson&Jonhson commitment with moms, dads and their children health.
At the end, the client has achieved what he wanted: not only the parent’s trust, but also their affection and gratitude.
