Description

How does a bank use a sponsorship policy to innovatively launch the first geolocalised artist discovery service?Caisse d’Epargne, anchored in French local banking for 200 years, decided to establish an emotional relationship with its customers.With this new kind of sponsorship policy, the bank has become the most innovative in France at the heart of digitalism by providing a free application available on the iPhone/iPad.The district is the link between music and Caisse d’Epargne, in order to federate a community around shows!

The digital eco-system conceived by the Agency is composed by the SoundPlaces application and the espritmusique.fr website.It embodies Caisse d’Epargne’s actions towards new musical initiatives and innovations, especially with a device that will promote young talent.With the SoundPlaces program, "Caisse d’Epargne" stands as the echo of all regions, revealing their musical dynamism. The application is sustained by both a mobile phone campaign and a partnership with Dailymotion.The application created for Caisse d’Epargne, through the program Esprit Musique, helps you to discover every kind of music band near you thanks to an interactive map.SoundPlaces is the first application which unearths the most promising musicians in France.This application is SOLOMO : Social Local Mobile. Mobile users can easily find artists or shows around them and get tickets directly from their phone.

SoundPlaces was launched in June before the “Fête de la Musique” (Music Day, June 21st), which is a major day in France for music discovery. The launch of SoundPlaces was made through Appgratuites. The application quickly reached the top free apps list on the AppStore.SoundPlaces was promoted on espritmusique.fr; Caisse d’Epargne’s websites, Dailymotion, 20minutes.fr, Facebook and Twitter. The audience was driven to the content thanks to Esprit Musique's blog and social media actions: articles on the blog, creation of a Facebook page, and editorial animation generated organic visibility.Thanks to all the different stakeholders (partners, venues, artists) and their commitment, we managed to reach strong audience scores.• 100,000 downloads• Rated 4.5/5 on the Appstore• 5,000 members• 4 updates with new functionalities
