In qualitative terms, this action achieved the awareness and positive disposition which we were looking for among the former clients of our Private Bankers.In quantitative terms, the figures speak for themselves:70% of those who received the mailing indicated they were very interested in its contents. 90% of these agreed to sit down and talk with their ex-banker.In just one week, over 10% moved their portfolio to Banco Madrid, and in the first month, over 20%.One striking element was that 20% of clients phoned their bankers without even waiting for them to get in touch first.
