Description

This ad shows that true feeling of puppy love to that of

working with a Century 21 agent.

Execution

We developed an interactive banner for YouTube’s masthead. It allowed users to interact and choose from a selection of “PuppyCams,” with each one featuring an irresistible clip of furry fun.

And as a simple way to begin the search for a new home to fall in love with, users could input their zip/postal code and immediately be shown results for homes for sale in their area on Century 21’s web site.

Outcome

The banner results were outstanding.

- 25 million unique impressions.

- An interaction rate of 13.7% (that’s 720% higher than the benchmark for success).

- An average banner interaction time of 45 seconds.

- A click-through rate of .35% (that’s 338% higher than the industry standard), leading to nearly 100,000 leads for Century 21.
