In order to recruit two new Account Executives the media team made it clear that the obvious solution would be to go with a full page ad in an advertising trade newspaper. They encouraged the creative team in trying to find media where there would be less clutter in order to make the message stand out and from there create a buzz in the advertising community underlining the creative abilities of BBDO.
