Description
Once sales are made excusively through the website, the key objective was to increase sales from the last year. With more than 25k possible combinations, the challenge was to make the navigation simples enough to people have fun and explore the best combinations that fit with their style.
Execution
We created a website with a strong visual impact to excite and inspire people to explore all personalization possibilities from each Brastemp You product. The website is a very intuitive and dynamic tool, full of animations and integrated with an e-commerce plataform, where consumer have the freedom to create products, combining colors and different accessories.
It was specially build to make all options acessible from any moment of the experience, the consumer isn’t tied in a step-by-step process, is like having all possibilities just in front of you. Simple and fun.
Outcome
The consumers interactions with the new tool was high above the expectations and in the first 3 months the website reached 350% sales increase exclusively through the website. A sales record never seen before of Brastemp You products in Whirlpool history.
