Time is money. We sent a pack with a running stopwatch and a short letter explaining how banking in real time would save time and money. It also said someone would call them before the stopwatch had run much further. Follow-up calls were made as soon as possible.
Outcome
They loved it. 78% of the target agreed to an appointment.
