Execution
Your ANA is a campaign that is pushing the boundary of how we make Business Class experience tangible and believable. This time, we let ANA’s staff such as pilots, ground staff, cooks for meals, cargo stuff, and others, who are working behind the scenes to create the better flight experience.
Outcome
In the category where customers don’t switch often, those preferring ANA as their international airline has risen by 12.6%. By simply reveling what’s behind the curtain, we made ANA’s Business Class a dream destination for customers who haven’t been there yet.
