Bergwood.net was the web component of Allstate Insurance Company’s integrated campaign targeting male American College Football fans ages 18-34. Its objectives were to leverage Allstate’s sponsorship of College football,to increase awareness of Allstate’s Your Choice Auto Insurance.
Bergwood was a fictitious character from Allstate’s college football television campaign. His website was dedicated to football, burgers, bacon, cheese and cheerleaders.The site featured seven animated shorts following Bergwood’s road trip to the 2007 Allstate Sugar Bowl.The site drove traffic to Allstate, where visitors could receive free insurance quotes and sign up for Allstate’s Your Choice Auto Insurance.
