Description

US burger chain Carl's Jr was refused permission to run their TV ad by New Zealand's TV regulatory body, CAB. Featuring two scantily clad woman eating Carl's Jr burgers, it was deemed too explicit. It was a story that made the national headlines. Carl's Jr gave the ad a new home on their Facebook page, and set about finding ways to make the most of the situation. One of the ways was to 'reformat' the ad for radio. There's nothing CAB can do about these ones.
