Description

We used a simple microphone technology to record and pin point those annoying sounds. So that you can enjoy your car and enjoy living beyond.

Simply record the sound - wait for the app to delve into our database and then we will determine the sounds, locate the problem.

Give you an instant analysis of the problem, urgency and cost.

Taking away one of those day to day problems that we endure.

Execution

Using specialized audio equipment we developed multiple libraries with common sounds from Renault´s vehicles that visited our mechanics shop.

A group of experts studied the sounds and identified the most particular ones.

Also we added a reason to each noise using and tied them together in our code using certain patterns on the system.

Once all sounds were tested in multiple vehicles we were ready to go.

We had our developers create the Carzaam app that including a sound reader.

The sound reader successfully read the pre recorded sounds found by our experts.

Our mechanics also developed a solution for each particular problem.

So everytime the app recognized an issue it also delivered the user a possible solution.

Outcome

And the app reduced visits to mechanics by our 30% and growing.

This is by far one of the most purposeful car apps that we have on the market.
