Tina Fey gets inspired to work out, which sends her on a wild shopping spree that includes a wide range of exercise gear. During her bender she wears creepy gloves for her feet, and plans a trip to Middle Earth. While inquiring about a California King yoga mat, Tina introduces us to brand new yoga poses like the Lazy Jogger, Bug Splat, and the Bear Attack, where the trick is to not look too delicious. Tina rides an exercise ball like a Hoppity Hop, gets hemorrhoid rage while lifting two-pound weights, and impulsively buys a gallon of Muscle Guzzle at the counter, which she intends to eat in the store. And even though she buys way too much stuff to fit in a New York City taxicab, she’s raring to go, and ready to conquer the world.
