OVERVIEW

Description

Development of a mailing which will encourage companies with worldwide production facilities to reject the use of child labour and to sponsor a child or make a donation.

Execution

Child labour is omnipresent in many parts of the world. The job application sent by the 9-year-old Ranjid from India to the Human Resources departments clearly reveals to companies the cruelty from which children suffer: the child’s CV does not show either a home or any education, but does list extensive experience working on garbage dumps and in factories. An URL directs visitors to a landing page where they can sponsor a child or make a donation.

Outcome

As the mailing campaign is currently still in progress, a final evaluation of the response is not yet available. Based on the current page hits for the landing page, however, a response of 8% has already been recorded.
