A village council meets in a village of Afghanistan to construct a commercial center in the area. The children of the area realize that this is not what they want and they gather around to plan something

The children get together in a circle and draw something on a piece of paper, which they eventually take it to the council where they are meeting

the children manage to take the place while the meeting is on and the builder is presenting the plans to all. Slowly the piece of paper drawn by the children is passed on to the council leader, who looks at everyone and then approves

in the end the children pastes the drawing of a school on top of the drawing of the commercial center. The voiceover in the end urges the viewers to prioritize the need of the children first.
