Description
Save the Children Week – 25 April to 1 May.Skip a Treat and help educate the world’s poorest children. Email, banners and microsite. Supported by a poster and press ads, we are asking the nation to Skip a Treat and donate the money they would have spent. Initially an email is sent to existing supporters, asking them to nominate friends to get involved via the site, where they’ll both be entered into a prize draw. The friends will then be emailed and asked to do the same - creating a viral effect. Banners lead to the site, which also launches automatically from www.savethechildren.org.uk. Throughout the week we are asking people to tell us what they’re skipping, upload pictures and to check out what their favourite celebrities are going without.
