In this film for Barnardo's we're introduced to Michael at a moment in his life when he's come to terms with the difficulties of a violent childhood. We are then shown how he got there by being taken backwards through his story, ending with him as a scared child. This explains how with the help of the Barnardo's Charity 'It doesn't have to end like it began'.
