We created a postcard with a return coupon in order to make our clients' lives easier. Thanks to this coupon, he can easily return his wishes by sending the second half of the card that is already written and has a stamp.
Outcome
While the average response rate for direct mails is 2%, our Christmas card achieved a 42,47% response rate! That’s how effective we are.
