The Citi PremierPass online marketing programme was designed to introduce a new card into the market through a series of buzz building, viral and interactive based advertising units. The goal was to illustrate the card's value by tapping into consumers' incredibly low expectations about the rewards category in general and redefine those expectations relative to the product.
