As a fashion retailer that offers premium and luxury brands at discounted prices, Daffy’s offerings tend to speak for themselves. However, for the introduction of its fall collection, we decided that it wouldn’t hurt to also get people talking.
Outcome
The window display attracted such a crowd that New York’s finest had to step in and shut the show down early due to traffic problems the crowd had created. There was in excess of 1,500 text messages received between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. And although the objective was to create awareness for Daffy’s Fall fashion line, we were able to give Daffy’s a nice increase in sales for the night. It certainly got people talking about Daffy’s.
