Complaining is universal – everyone of us does it. Cruise operator Tallink wanted to turn this negative energy into something positive and fun.
An old phone booth was re-fitted with modern technology and placed in the middle of Finland's capital, Helsinki – the world’s first Complaints Booth was born.
In the Booth you could trade your worries for a party cruise. Walk in, pick up the phone and complain to a live operator as much as you want.
If your complaint was funny, weird or touching enough, the operator printed you a ticket for a free party cruise to the Booth. A cruise, if something, makes you smile again.
