Managers' P.As were personally invited by a Sales Rep to a product presentation event. Afterwards a telemarketing roll out was deployed.The mailing was presented in a mini A-Z file (creative concept was based on the evolution of the filing concept within the companies: from paper to digital files). It contained: a letter plus an invitation for P.A.’s (offering a double incentive: a massage bonus for her and a time management system for her manager), and a mailing addresed to the manager (explaining the reason why his secretary is taking the event day off, and including an extremely original gimmick: an Origami Manual).
Outcome
600 clients were invited, and almost 60% confirmed their attendance to the event that took place at the end of February.
