Rooted in the idea of intuitive and unobtrusive Conrad service, we created a program to enable authentic connections between real locals and guests. The program, Conrad Connections, became an intellectual platform for eclectic thought leaders to act as ambassadors to their own city. Through sixteen mini-documentaries these leaders showcased their unique knowledge of local culture in New York, Miami, Seoul and Tokyo.
Outcome
The videos have been viewed over 350,000 times on YouTube, and the Conrad Connections Facebook Tab's weekly visitor count is 2,074% above the KPI goal.
