Through personalized product recommendations and application tips, real-time chat with beauty advisors, and robust utilities like the CG Makeup Mirror, which allows a consumer to upload her photo and “try on” shades, she is guided through an immersive, rewarding brand experience that ultimately simplifies her product selection process. Throughout the site, she can also create a shopping list, which can be transferred to online retailer partners for purchase, or sent to her mobile device.
