Description

Creative Circle is a crowd of the cleverest creatives in Denmark. In 2008 both the web and design industries became a part of the 'circle' and, even though the industries are different, the tough love to push creativity to a higher level is mutual. The job was to just as creatively push the visual identity.

Execution

We found out that Creative Circle is all about cohesion and force of attraction, or magnetism in other words. To unite, hold on to, and attract creative efforts.

These words became the inspiration for our experiments with a round magnet and metal shavings and lots of studying of the shavings reactions to magnetism. The results are infinite even though the outer form remains circular. In this way, the identity expresses the ceaseless search for new forms and the character or 'texture' to stand out.

The use of gold foil symbolises 'being no. 1'.

Outcome

It has been a great success. The industry has rewarded the identity and it is today the focal point for all activities bridging the design, advertising and digital industries.
