Cristal beer wanted to reach these young people and be the first brand name to recognize and reward their spirit of solidarity and generosity. It did so by organizing a barbecue right where they were doing their volunteer work, to their surprise and delight.Cristal beer paid all of the costs involved, thus reaching out to the young people involved and creating greater empathy on their part.
Outcome
Many letters of thanks were sent by different student federations.It reached other segments through word of mouth.Now students remember their volunteer work together with the Cristal beer label.
